Supervisor Selection For MBA Project:
For your M.B.A. Project, you have the liberty to select a University-recognized Supervisor within your academic vicinity. It’s important to note that if your chosen Supervisor is affiliated with a university other than the University of Madras, you must provide a copy of the recognition letter of your Supervisor, duly approved by that university.

Your chosen M.B.A. Project Supervisor should meet certain criteria, including being a full-time teaching staff member with an M.B.A. qualification. They should also be actively working in the M.B.A. or related departments of universities or affiliated colleges recognized by UGC/AICTE. Additionally, your Supervisor should have a minimum of five years of teaching experience.

Tuition Fee Payment For MBA Project:
It’s imperative to ensure that you have paid the required tuition fee. Students who have not paid their tuition fee will not be permitted to attend the project viva voce examination under any circumstances. Therefore, make sure your financial obligations are in order to proceed with your project work smoothly.
Bonafide Certificate for Project Work:
You have the option to use the Bonafide Certificate issued to you for conducting your Project work within an established company or institute. This certificate will be valuable in facilitating your project research and data collection.
Project Report Submission Deadline:
The last date for the submission of your M.B.A. Project Report is October 26, 2025. Be sure to adhere to this deadline to avoid any complications.
Late Submission Penalty Fee:
If you find yourself unable to meet the specified submission deadline for your M.B.A. Project Report, please take note of the penalty fee. Candidates who submit their Project Reports after the due date will be required to pay a penalty fee of Rs. 600/-. This fee should be paid via a demand draft drawn in favor of “The Director, IDE, University of Madras.”

- Copy of the I & II-year tuition fee paid challan.
