Downloaded and  Receipt of Filled-in Application Form With Required Documents Should Be Sent Along With Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 100 as a Application Fees For Under Graduate Courses (Arts, Commerce and Certificate Courses).   • Original Certificate of the Common Entrance Examination or Attested Xerox Copy of Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate Duly Attested by the Gazetted Officer.
  • Date of Birth Extract. (Attested Xerox Copy)
