Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University, located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, is a renowned deemed university in India. Originally established in 1997 as the Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), it was affiliated with Utkal University at that time. The admission process for Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University in 2025 is now open online. If you are eligible, you can apply for undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses through the university’s website. To get admission, you need to either take the SOA Admission Test (SAAT) or provide an equivalent entrance test score. If you meet the eligibility criteria and want to apply, follow the steps below to fill out the online application form for SAAT:

- You will also need to upload certain documents, including a recent color passport-sized photograph. The file should be in PNG, GIF, JPG, or JPEG format and not exceed 1 MB in size.
Note: After completing the application process, you will receive an application number. Make sure to keep this number safe. Keep a copy of your application form for future reference. Once you receive a valid rank in the SOA Admission Test (SAAT), you can attend the university’s counseling session to secure admission to the desired courses.
