Ans) Candidates admitted under these circumstances must submit their certificates of the qualifying degree examination before 31 October 2025. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of their provisional admission.

Ans) No, candidates taking regular, supplementary, or improvement exams for the qualifying degree after 31 October 2025 are not eligible for admission.

Ans) Yes, a limited provision exists for part-time research, and external registration for Ph.D. programs is available at recognized centers of the University.

Ans) Students admitted to regular courses are not permitted to pursue any other course except for part-time evening Certificate/Diploma Courses of a Professional nature, with prior permission. They are also not allowed to take up employment during their studies.

Ans) The University follows the Government of India’s policy, reserving 15% of seats for Scheduled Castes (SC) and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates, with interchangeability between these categories as needed.
Q13) What are the minimum eligibility conditions for SC/ST/PwD candidates for admission?
Ans) For Postgraduate Courses, SC/ST/PwD candidates require a minimum eligibility condition of 5% less than the percentage for General/EWS & OBC categories, with a minimum requirement of a “Pass” in the qualifying examination for SC, ST, and PwD candidates, subject to availability.
